I have 10 years of professional software experience, 5 years of direct Product Management on my resume, and 12 years of general leadership. My avid reading helps me learn quickly in everything I do from Product Management to Ceramics, it also helps me mentor those around me to grow by connecting them to resources that challenge them.
My diverse background in product, engineering, and operations lets me bridge gaps in communication between technical and non-technical roles. These skills also help me ask questions and dive deeply with people in other roles.
In my career, I have worked at companies of all different sizes leading teams along the way. Most of my roles have been on distributed teams. Working on both software and physical experiences I understand how the two differ and the difficulties in connecting them.
